Mr Clabots has lead organizations in digital transformation and the leverage of innovation across all areas of health services, consumer packaged goods, financial services, legal services, and marketing services

Mr. Clabots has held positions of leadership CDO, COO, CTO, CIO, with Blue Cross, United HealthGroup, Delta Dental, Carlson Companies, The Pillsbury Company, Deloitte, as well asCEO & CDO for a range of start up firms in Consumer Engagement, Healthcare and Finance.

Currently, as Chief Digital Officer at TELEO Capital, Chuck combines his operational, transformational, and M&A experience with functional expertise to drive successful outcomes in complex situations. Mr. Clabot’s also serves in a strategy and advisory role with ThreeFive, a Minneapolis based audit recovery firm, as they further build out a secure high trust data environment / policies for its clients.

Education:  Chuck holds a BA in Economics from the University of St. Thomas and has completed executive education in Digital Transformation from MIT Sloan Executive Education. And is a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon
