Career History

Rance Hughes has eight years of dedicated R&D tax credits experience, working with companies in a variety of industries, including engineering, software and technology, precision machining, manufacturing, molding and casting, electronics, and others. He has delivered over $60 million in federal and state R&D tax credits to his clients, and has successfully defended numerous tax credits from IRS and state scrutiny.

Rance is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Lewis-Clark State College.
